Hsuan Su

I am an Applied Researcher at Capital One. My research interests are in synthetic data generation and agentic reinforcement learning.

I received my PhD in Computer Science at National Taiwan University, advised by Prof. Hung-yi Lee and Prof. Shang-Tse Chen. During my PhD, I worked on data generation to bridge domain gaps for large language and speech models, with applications to speech recognition, and on AI safety.
